Broker Remarks
A fabulous example of a well spec’d owners’ version of this high-end Dufour 485 Grand’ Large model, this boat comes with a unique specification and a complete live-aboard inventory for ocean crossing and comfortable blue-water cruising.
De-commissioned and kept for 7 months ashore partly covered on a rigid cradle during autumn-winter each year in a boat yard in Malta. Re-commissioned each year at spring-time for 4 months cruising.
Meticulously maintained by professional engineers and experienced owner/skipper and offered in pristine condition; available for hand-over by early August 2017; Buyer will be coached by present owner to achieve easy boat control & manoeuvre and in-depth knowledge of the boat’s equipment.
This yacht has been constantly upgraded since new with a view to sail the transatlantic ARC Rally; this planned passage was recently aborted due to skipper’s health condition. Never chartered, first owner from new.
Viewing is an absolute must and serious offers are invited.
