Accommodation
The Grand Banks 36 Classic offers one of the best owner and guest accommodations arrangements of any mid-thirties sized trawler. Featuring two staterooms, both with ensuite heads, abundant cabinet and drawer storage and teak parquet flooring. The owner suite features a double island bed with private desk & armchair to portside.
The flybridge offers a duplicate helmsman station with 360 degrees vision, venturi windscreen, and extra stowage beneath the console. A bimini top with side mesh screens provides the necessary sun protection. The long and wide flybridge has seating for eight, with water-tight stowage under the seats and complimented by two folding chairs.
The mizzen mast & steadying sail (a staple-feature of GB trawlers) is also accessible from flybridge or the poop-deck abaft and allows easy handling of the boat’s tender & outboard.
A large platform, also in solid teak, compliments the trawler design and features a folding, lightweight passarella.
